Rick Neathammer has been employed with Warren Averett since 1984 and has more than 29 years of experience in public accounting. He holds the designations of Certified Public Accountant Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified Valuation Analyst. Mr. Neathammer oversees the Firm’s Business Valuation and Litigation Consulting Group and is a Member in the Firm’s Turnaround Consulting and Restructuring Advisors Services Group.

Professional experience includes:

• Bankruptcy issues involving operations, reorganization and securing alternative financing
• Business Valuations for estate and gift tax, shareholder disputes, marital and family disputes, mergers and acquisitions, buy-sell agreements and valuation testimony
• Litigation Support in various contract disputes, shareholder disputes, buy-sell agreement disputes, valuation issues, marital and family disputes, mediation, arbitration and expert witness testimony
• Financial reporting including audits and reviewed financial statements for the construction and manufacturing industries
• Tax compliance for the construction and manufacturing industries
