Our turnaround services are generally provided from the role of an advisor to company management. These services focus primarily on remediating the operations of the business with the goal of maximizing operating cash flows as quickly as possible to fund the restructuring plan. There are three phases of business turnaround: analysis, implementation and monitoring.

We first begin with situational analysis on the various components of business operations using financial analysis, interviews with key employees and management, as well as an external analysis of the industry including customers, competitors and the operating environment. Our Turnaround Division utilizes specialists from the Firm, as needed, to perform the analysis.

With cooperation of company management, a turnaround plan is developed using the facts discovered during the situational analysis. The plan defines the remedial actions necessary to maximize operating cash flows, quantifies those actions and includes a prospective financial analysis of the operations after implementation.
